Passing On

Passing On

The astounding, Rob Vagle, spins a fantasy tale.

Josiah walks the soybean field with his father's cane, looking for something called the benevolent drum. This same field where Josiah sometimes feels a hand grab the scruff of his neck and chills run down his skin. By the end of the day, Josiah will learn the truth about the benevolent drum and the source of that cold chill gripping his neck.

A short story about magic and family history in the farmland.
