A Gathering of Light by Frank J. Tatroe

Magic is gone.

For generations, humanity has remembered it only through stories. Myths of impossible creatures. Legends of powers that once shaped the world. Echoes of something that could never have been real.

Until Chase discovers that it was.

When magic begins to stir again, Chase is pulled into a mystery far older than he could have imagined. Across worlds, others are being drawn toward the same awakening: a fallen angel burdened by his past, warriors carrying secrets of their own, and unlikely companions who have no reason to trust one another but may have no choice.

Something is gathering them.

Something the world has forgotten.

And as ancient powers begin to move once more, Chase and his companions discover that the disappearance of magic was no accident. The truth has been buried for ages, and uncovering it may awaken forces that were never meant to return.

Their journey will carry them through forgotten places, impossible battles, and secrets reaching back to the beginning of creation. But the closer they come to the truth, the more one question refuses to let them go:

Why were they brought together?

A Gathering of Light is the first book in The Divine Siblings Trilogy, an epic fantasy of magic, sacrifice, found family, forgotten gods, and the bonds that can change the fate of creation.
