Her Fae Promise by Mags Boyd

In the rainy city of Bellhaven, pastry chef Vivi Trân has spent nine years perfecting her craft, her life measured in flour, oven-baked scars, and a series of polite "yeses" that keep her moving from one job to the next. But when a mysterious matchmaker's card appears, Vivi finds herself at a gate she's passed a thousand times, stepping into a secret garden that defies the laws of nature, and into the life of Lucky, a Fae bound by ancient, restrictive magic.

Forced into a thirty-day courtship, Vivi and Lucky must navigate a volatile bargain. He cannot lie, cannot offer gifts, and cannot touch what isn't freely given. She is a woman who has spent her life handing herself over to anyone who asks. In a garden where seasons collide and magic feels as real as cold marble, they must learn to navigate a relationship built not on convenient lies, but on the terrifying, absolute truth.

Her Fae Promise is a slow-burn, atmospheric romance about the courage it takes to stop apologizing, the hunger for something truly your own, and the risks of finally saying "no."
