Uphold Me by Thembakazi Ginindza

What if the rejection that wounded you was never meant to be the end of your story? What if God could use the very places where you felt unwanted, overlooked or broken to lead you into healing, identity and purpose?

Uphold Me: A journey through rejection and redemption is a deeply personal Christian memoir about rejection, identity, emotional healing, faith and discovering who you are in God. Through her own vulnerable journey, Thembakazi Ginindza explores the pain of rejection and the lasting questions it can leave behind: Am I worthy? Do I belong? Who am I? Can I truly become all that God created me to be?

But Uphold Me is more than a memoir. It is an invitation to begin your own journey of healing. At the end of each chapter, guided journaling prompts create space to pause, reflect, pray and process your own experiences. These prompts encourage you to confront painful beliefs, recognise God's presence in difficult seasons, rediscover your worth and take intentional steps towards healing and purpose.

Through the pages of this book, you will be encouraged to:

· Confront the wounds that have shaped the way you see yourself.

· Reflect on rejection, identity, belonging and self-worth.

· Strengthen your faith through difficult and uncertain seasons.

· Recognise that your past does not have to determine your future.

· Discover the God-given potential and purpose within you.

· Move from simply surviving your story to intentionally becoming.

· Create space for honest reflection, prayer and personal transformation.

Whether you have experienced rejection, struggled with your identity, questioned your worth, or sense that God is calling you into a new season, Uphold Me offers a message of hope and redemption. Your rejection is not your identity. Your past is not your destiny. Your wounds do not disqualify you from becoming.

This is not simply a story about what happened. It is an invitation to look at your own story through the lens of faith, healing and redemption. Because God did not uphold you just so you could survive. He upheld you so you could become exactly who He created you to be.

Heal. Become. Rise.
