The Human Bet by Mona Howell

Leeja, the half-orc, is living on the magical island of Th'myskôra, right in the middle of the Three Realms. She's got wonderful friends and lots of male...companionship. But something's wrong. No matter how many men she beds, none is able to initiate the mating response within her. Without compatible mates, she'll never be able to form a horde. She'll never be truly happy.

When her friends challenge her to "date like a human," Leeja meets Norrin, a fun-loving human who starts sensations churning in her core she's never felt before.

But when she learns about his playboy past, Leeja must decide whether to protect her heart or bet on love.
