The Irregular Paycheck Playbook by Green Calm Vibes

You made $6,200 last month. You'll make $1,900 this month. Every budgeting app you have ever tried asked you to type one monthly income figure, and you have never had an honest one to give it. That is not a discipline problem. It is a design problem. Nearly every money system ever written assumes a paycheck arriving on the 1st and the 15th. When your income comes in unpredictable lumps from clients, platforms, and projects, those systems don't simply fail — they leave you feeling like the failure. The Irregular Paycheck Playbook replaces them with something built for variable income from the first page. The method is unglamorous and it works. You map twelve months of real deposits to find your Floor — the lowest month you actually survived. You split every payment that arrives into four accounts before you can touch it: tax, buffer, salary, business costs. Then you pay yourself a fixed monthly salary out of last month's earnings, so a client paying late becomes an inconvenience rather than a crisis. From there you build a quarterly tax calendar so the bill becomes an appointment instead of an ambush, a written plan for your worst months decided while you are calm, percentage-based investing that survives a slow quarter, and a Replacement Number that tells you precisely when going full-time stops being a gamble. Every chapter asks for one decision and ends with one page you fill in by hand. A printable blueprint and an interactive spreadsheet template are included, so you finish with a working system rather than a good intention. Written for freelancers, consultants, contractors, creators, and solopreneurs who are financially literate in theory and stuck in practice. No income screenshots. No passive income promises. No lectures about discipline. The reason nothing has worked yet is that nothing you tried was designed for the way you actually get paid. This book is an educational resource, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Tax rules differ by country and change frequently; confirm the specifics for your situation with a qualified professional.
