The Lost Mall by Lola Love

Crystal Palace Galleria has been a ghost town for years, but Raven Martinez still walks its dusty floors. The 80s mall atmosphere is thick with the scent of vanilla and burnt electronics. When she finds three impossible mannequins in Boutique Luminosa, her world shifts. These figures are Kelli, Skye, and Molly. They were once human workers who died in a renovation accident. The energy of the mall preserved them, turning them into living acrylic. They seek a center to anchor their flickering pocket dimension. They want a Goddess to make their reality permanent.Jerry, the other guard on duty, watches the security feed in horror as Raven walks through a solid cinderblock wall. He brings in paranormal investigators to find her, but Raven has already begun the ritual. She sheds her uniform and her old life to embrace a new, radiant form. Through a shared bond of grief and pleasure, the four women stabilize their sanctuary. Raven gives Jerry a final goodbye through a resonance amplifier and tells him she is home. The mall eventually decays in the real world, but inside the fold, the four goddesses live in a kingdom of liquid starlight and neon. They are finally seen and finally together.
