Alien Alpha’s Mate by Elena joey

She woke up with no memory of how she survived. He was ordered to heal her. Neither of them expected the truth to cost them everything. Mara Vey remembers Earth. She remembers a shuttle. Then — nothing. Forty-three days missing, injuries that should have killed her somehow healed, and the only thing she wants is real food and some straight answers. Instead she gets Dr. Kael Rhyss: seven feet of obsidian-skinned, silver-braided Alpha healer who takes one look at her and forgets, for the first time in thirty-one years, how to breathe. He's not supposed to want her. She's not supposed to exist. But when someone tries to erase Mara before she can even remember her own past, Kael breaks every rule he's ever lived by to keep her alive — and discovers that the woman fate handed him isn't just his mate. She's the last living heir to a bloodline his own family helped slaughter three thousand years ago. Now an empire built on a lie will do anything to bury her. A crown she never wanted is calling her home. And the only man who can protect her is the one whose ancestors made sure she was never supposed to survive long enough to claim it. Can two people whose bloodlines were built to destroy each other choose one another anyway? From a stolen bowl of noodles to a hyperspace storm that changes everything, from a throne room built on murder to a rescue that unmakes an empire — Alien Alpha's Mate is a slow-burn, forced-proximity, fated-mates romance with the stakes of a full-blown space opera. If you love alpha heroes who growl before they admit their feelings, heroines who refuse to be anyone's possession, and a romance that chooses choice over destiny every single time — you'll fall for Mara and Kael from the very first page. The stars chose them. Now they have to choose each other — before the empire chooses for them.
