"When all the dragons fall and die, she will teach the world to fly."
Welcome to Vitone, a world where half the map remains undiscovered and legendary cities hide in the clouds. For centuries, sorcery was thought to be a nightmare of the past that nearly destroyed civilization. But in the kingdom of Vitenne, the shadows of ancient sorcery are beginning to rise up its walls.
Prysta Kubine is a Reptenn, one of a nearly extinct race of immortal dragon-shifters. But unlike her brother Jeferr, she has been unable to shift into her dragon form since her birth. When a political betrayal by the kingdom she serves threatens to ignite a war, Prysta's dormant powers awaken—or her people will vanish forever.
For fans of Dungeons and Dragons, The Legend of Zelda, and Skyrim, this epic adventure follows a party of unlikely allies from enemy factions:
•The Resigned Captain: Seeking redemption after following the orders of a corrupt military.
•The Runaway Royal: The princess who flees her castle to see her kingdom for what it truly is.
•The Gray Twin: A half-vampiric ranger who can read minds and strikes from the shadows.
•The Doroben Rangers: The border patrol of the kingdom who wish to travel beyond their charted maps.
In a world where kings go mad and dragon ghosts wake from their graves, one girl must find the legendary crafted blade to stop the world from ending in fire. Whether you are a Dungeon Master looking for your next campaign inspiration or a gamer seeking a high-stakes survival arc, The Book of Doroben brings high fantasy world-building, political intrigue, and a reluctance alliance of heroes.
