A Paranormal Therapist's Guide to Divorce and Falling in Love Again by Sylvia Steere

A paranormal relationship therapist will do anything to save a life, but it's her own life she should be worried about.

When Maxine is stood up at the courthouse to sign her divorce papers, she doesn't realize the man she meets there will be the only one who can protect her from what's to come. Her work as a relationship therapist for inter-species couples will make her the accidental guardian of a draconic egg, and trying to save its innocent shell will embroil her in a secret anti-human society's conspiracy.

Maxine only wants to help. That vampire/human couple that got their romantic beginning through stalking and codependency? That werewolf/human couple who can't figure out how to make things work in the bedroom? Maxine is there to coach healthy communication based on mutual respect. It's never over-easy; relationships take work.

But desperate to prove her worth after being divorced by a celestial, Maxine will happily paint targets on her own back if it will protect the egg. Scrambling to save her from herself, will her reluctant bodyguard convince Maxine that her own life is valuable? Will the anti-human cabal succeed in their sinister plans?

A Paranormal Therapist's Guide to Divorce is a laugh-out-loud urban fantasy adventure with action, romance, and a lot of egg puns.
