Timeout

Daniel Price is a high-level data analyst at Northstar Metrics Group, a firm obsessed with "Optimizing Human Capital." He is precise, efficient, and professional. But in the corporate world of 2025, being good at your job isn't enough. You have to be optimized.

Under the "supportive" gaze of manager Mark Delaney, Daniel's workspace is audited for pixel-perfect alignment, his keyboard is measured with rulers, and his "optimal productivity window" is tracked by green-eyed monitors. But the true horror begins when Northstar introduces The Timeout Protocol.

Timeout is a visceral, chilling exploration of the modern workplace. It is the story of a man being systematically infantilized by a system that demands total emotional surrender. As the pressure of "Mandatory Appreciation" and "Radical Transparency" builds, Daniel is forced to choose: comply until he disappears, or explode and lose everything.
