Fearless Hearts by Kyle Hunter

Sophie leads an orderly life making pastries in her small-town coffee shop.

Dylan is most alive when scaling a mountain or taking on white water in a raft.

Can these two find any common ground?

Sophie Guellec's French bakery in small-town Pennsylvania gives her the stability she craves after a disastrous marriage. But when employees keep quitting, and the French-themed restaurant up the street starts serving the same meals, she fears for her business, and it's all she has.

Dylan Poole never wanted to own a restaurant. He dreams of leading groups on wilderness adventures. But his late father's cutting words still echo in his mind. So, he plays it safe, investing his inheritance in The Tarte Nouveau Restaurant instead of chasing what sets his soul on fire. When he meets the beautiful, guarded baker, he sees someone else hiding behind fear…though it might be the only thing they have in common.

As Sophie and Dylan are drawn together despite their differences, they must each confront the fears that have kept them playing small. Sophie wants to trust again, but Dylan and his dreams look risky. Dylan must choose whether to let self-doubt or faith decide his next steps. Can wounded hearts become fearless?
