Mac by Jae Greyn

Even though Ian Graeme has settled into his new normal—stable hand, director, and writer—when his sister, Anni, asks for a favor, he grants it. One simple act of kindness unravels his new life and his fears come back to haunt him in ways he can't control, and they won't let him go. One favor leads to another, and he can't run to save himself this time. He has to stay and face the demons of his past.

"I'll be here, win or lose."

"Win or lose?"

He nipped at my lips. "Yep."

"We'll see."

"That's a vow, Ian. I don't break those."

First person, past tense, one POV. MM romance.
