Eight women. Eight worlds. The moment desire stops pretending.
Bestselling sapphic author Ruby Scott drew thirty-four women in their most intimate moments. Volume One named the first eight. Here are the next.
O: Volume Two is a collection of eight erotic lesbian short stories, each one a woman in the unguarded moment she stops managing her desire and lets herself be known, and each paired with the original ink portrait that began her.
A French chef wanting the head chef who hired her, on the last night before everything changes. A football captain and the young player she holds back after the whistle. A reader who follows an arrow down into a basement bookshop off a Dublin street. A firefighter who waits twenty-eight days for two hours under a sculptor's hands. Two women of the Resistance in a borrowed cottage at the dark edge of an occupied village. An actress and the director who summons her after wrap. A gallery owner undone by the one woman she cannot read. An abbess facing a choice the size of the rest of her life.
This is character-driven sapphic erotica in its most stripped-back, most intimate form. Atmospheric, literary, and unapologetically hot, written for readers who want the unspoken finally made plain and the heat that comes when a contained woman lets herself be known.
Readers of erotic lesbian fiction, sapphic short stories, and slow-burn-to-high-heat romance will love O.
