Rest in Peace by B. M. Valdez

In the coastal community of Moochime, the Ferrari Family mafia conducts its criminal operations from the shadows. When their enforcer is arrested, rival crime-family, the Kirillov bratva, issues the Family an ultimatum: relinquish its territory within five days or face bloodshed. A shaky allegiance with powerful Manipulators could make or the break the Ferrari Family's clash with the bratva.

Ferrari consigliere Cassidy Roads has many secrets. Not only is he a rare and powerful mind-controlling Manipulator, but he's also the don's lover. His very existence violates both Family codes and local laws. Yet Cassidy is the Family's best chance of surviving the bratva's threat. With a new hitman arriving in Moochime and an unknown traitor feeding the enemy information, Cassidy must decide how much of himself to expose before the turf war consumes the people and home he is desperate to protect.

As the deadline closes in, the don's life might already be in jeopardy. When Family children, including Cassidy's own son, become at the heart of the conflict, Cassidy is forced to choose between saving them and protecting the man he loves. Cassidy's greatest weapon may also be the secret that destroys him.
