The Sinner and the Saint by RJ Scott

A haunted hero. A misunderstood sinner. A love strong enough to save them both.
Ben Rockwell is a war hero, but his past weighs heavily on his heart. Establishing a trauma center in Ellery is his way of finding redemption — until British actor Nicholas Merrick shows up and turns his world upside down.
Nicholas has been branded a villain, but his reputation hides the truth. When fate throws him into Ben's path, sparks ignite. Lust turns to love, but with Nicholas's past chasing him, trusting each other may be the biggest risk of all.
