The Three Toed Dragon (China’s Hidden War for AI Supremacy, Energy Control, and Data Center Dominance.) by Tony Pemberton

We are entering a new era of conflict. It is not fought with missiles, tanks, or
conventional soldiers. The battleground of the twenty-first century is defined
by compute power, energy grids, and control over the digital infrastructure
that underpins civilization itself.
In The Three-Toed Dragon, author Tony Pemberton pulls back the curtain
on a massive, state-driven campaign to dominate the future of Artificial
Intelligence. This isn't just about software—it is about the physical backbone of

AI: the high-voltage energy corridors, the massive data centers, the water-
intensive cooling systems, and the fragile semiconductor supply chains that

determine which nations rise and which fall.
What is the "Three-Toed Dragon"? It is the precise symbol for a relentless,
highly disciplined geopolitical force—a system that has decided AI supremacy
is the ultimate path to global dominance. While committees debate and media
narratives distract, this system is being built, financed, and deployed at
industrial scale.
This book is a field manual for the new reality. Written for policymakers,
strategic thinkers, engineers, and citizens who refuse to be caught off guard,
The Three-Toed Dragon reveals:
The Infrastructure Arms Race: How data centers have become the
new "vital organs" of national security.
The Mineral Choke Points: Why the control of rare earth minerals is
the hidden leverage in the AI revolution.
The Thermal Boundary: How cooling and geography constrain—or
empower—AI capacity.
The Digital Authoritarian Model: How AI is being used not just for
convenience, but to structure society itself.
