Amari Sun by Shani Michelle Hawley

What starts as a business trip to the Amalfi Coast becomes more than just work. Amari believes in aperitivo hour as her 'way of being', falls in love with a coastline that gets under her skin, and a man who touches her like he's already in love with every version of her.

Amari isn't looking for love or looking to be saved. She is a woman expanding into her fullest self. Mauricio is a man that has been hiding from love in his work. From the moment they meet there is a magnetic pull that neither could ignore. In the heat of Italian summer, he finds himself wrapped up in both work and her, unable to escape either. Amari learns that the rhythm of Italy matches her in a way that no place ever has. Their ambitions are aligned, but the way they understand love is not. Together they navigate what it looks like to build something true to both their desires.

This book is a love letter to Italy and an unapologetic polyamorous love story. Amari Sun is the first book in the Amari Sky Collection, a story about the many ways a woman can romanticize her life, and become her most authentic self.
