Untainted white or yet sinful red? by Chris Renard

Everything could be glorious and heavenly for Yve Catherine Delune.
Nothing seems to stand in the way of an open four-way relationship with her husband and her beloved friends. But a secret affair, unpredictable jealousy, and a fateful assignment cast a shadow over her happiness and threaten the greatest love of her still-young life.

Caught between passion and a longing for death, a game begins that drives her to the brink of despair. In a moment of weakness, everything begins to crumble—the love she believed in, her hope, and perhaps even her life.
