The Ultimatum by Steven Bays

Tina is tired of men taking advantage of her. Waiting tables to support her deadbeat husband takes her further from her dream of an education and a career, but she has a good heart...until she catches him in bed with another woman. Her divorce brings her to Colt, a handsome cowboy with a depravity streak all dressed up in apologies. Her mother is a leach, the epitome of trailer trash. When her live-in boyfriend gets arrested, Tina bails him out, but he skips town, and she loses her money. Colt steps in with cash, but he expects her to turn tricks and deliver packages. Enter Karen and Sabeth. They introduce her to an alternate lifestyle she'd never before considered. The perks are great, her future looks bright, but it comes with an ultimatum that could get her killed.
